We do not sell customer project data.

  1. DATA OWNERSHIP

All uploaded project files, drawings, and estimating data remain the property of the customer.

Constructors.AI does not claim ownership of customer project documents or estimating outputs.

 

 

  1. AI PROCESSING & MODEL TRAINING

Uploaded files are processed by our AI systems solely to:

  • Identify relevant markup information
  • Extract estimating quantities
  • Convert data into structured estimate templates

Unless explicitly agreed to in writing:

  • Customer-specific data will not be used to train generalized AI models.
  • Customer data will not be used to improve models in a way that exposes proprietary project information.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data (see Section 6) to improve platform performance.

  1. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  1. Service Providers

With trusted vendors providing:

  • Cloud hosting
  • Security services
  • Payment processing
  • Analytics services

We may generate anonymized, aggregated data such as:

  • Regional scope trends
  • Estimating volume by trade category

Constructors.AI recognizes that construction drawings and take-offs may contain proprietary business information. We treat all uploaded documents as confidential and do not access them except:

  • To provide platform functionality
  • For troubleshooting at the customer’s request

If data is transferred across jurisdictions, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
